Running the lghub application doesn't log any errors aside from a simple deprecation warning. I've also tried running it in compatibility mode but still no success. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried older versions, I've disabled automatic startup and have ran the updater as admin as well as the lghub as admin, I've tried starting it up with and without internet access - all of these scenarios produce the same black screen each time. It seems like I have a similar issue as Victorh. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to get the LG Hub software to open up on this computer. Martin, thank you for all of your suggestions and assistance in trying to resolve this. If you still have issues due to your mouse, but it is supported, contact LG support/ make a thread about it. Check the Logitech G hub website to see if your product is compatible to the app and isn't breaking the app due to it not supporting it. When i connected my mouse it showed that i had the latest drivers, but it was not the Logitech drivers, so i had to manually update them for each device. Disconnect the keyboard from PC and keep it disconnected.Open Device Manager, go to "Keyboard" and/or "Mice and other pointing devices" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall).Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.Though this second solution also can be used. NizzleNate's issue came up when he chose him Logitech peripheral, mine straight up didn't start. double click on lghub_updater and it should start up once you tab back into G hub.3 Icons will be present with the G hub logo.

It will open up to the the Start Menu Programs and another shortcut for G hub will be there, right click on that and click on "Open File Location".Right click and click on "Open File Location".In the Windows search bar search up the Logitech G hub.The way you get to the lghub_installer.exe is by these steps: So i manually started it up and got G hub to work, a slight pain in the *** but a solution nonetheless. Another solution is that the lghub_installer.exe is not working.
